Herstellung von Formteilen noch ohne die Herstellung kompletter Formen. 1988 Gründung von L.N. Moldes Herstellung von kleinen und mittleren Formen für die Elektro-, Haushaltswaren- und Verpackungsindustrie. Die Herstellung von Pressformen für die Elektroindustrie in den USA waren Motivation für Gewissenhaftigkeit und Qualitätsanspruch, was auf die Besonderheiten der durchgeführten Projekte zurückzuführen war. 1997 ISO 9001 Zertifizierung Die erste Zertifizierung spiegelt 1997 die Qualität und das Leistungsniveau wider, das LN aufgrund der Komplexität und der Anforderungen seiner Kunden erreichte. 2000 Wachstum und Spezialisierung Abgesehen vom amerikanischen Markt wurde mit der Einführung des Euro auch Europa zu einem bevorzugten Markt, insbesondere aufgrund der Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie. Starke Spezialisierung auf Formen für Teile mit geringer Stärke und Mehrkavitäten-Formen. Deutliches Wachstum im Bereich Spritzguss für Kunststoffteile aufgrund wichtiger Fertigungsprojekte für die Automobilindustrie. 2004 Fertigstellung der neuen L.N. Räumlichkeiten LN Plás (Abteilung für Kunststoffe) bezieht neue und moderne Anlagen mit 20 Spritzguss-Anlagen; Herstellung von Teilen für die Automobil- und Elektroindustrie im Spritzgussverfahren. 2006 ISO TS16949 Zertifizierung Die 2006 erhaltene Zertifizierung war ein weiterer Schritt zur Erweiterung des Angebots und der Kenntnisse der LN-Mitarbeiter. Die Zunahme bei der Fertigung von Kunststoffteilen im Spritzgussverfahren und der Kunden in der Automobilindustrie war gleichbedeutend mit einem höheren Anspruch an Qualität und Exzellenz. 2010 Delta Q-Kapseln Beginn unserer Partnerschaft mit Delta. Die Partnerschaft mit dem führenden Unternehmen der Produktion und Vermarktung von Kaffee in Campo Maior, entstand durch Innovation und Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklung der technischen Lösung für die Delta Q-Kapsel. 2013 25-jähriges Unternehmensjubiläum Bereits in Abwesenheit des Gründers, einer Bezugsperson für alle Mitarbeiter, feiert LN mit Stolz auf die Vergangenheit und dem Bewusstsein für zukünftige Herausforderungen das 25-jährige Bestehen des Unternehmens. 2014 Übernahme durch die Gestmin-Gruppe Gestmin SGPS erwirbt das gesamte Stammkapital von LN Moldes und LN Plás. Durch die Werte, die Kultur und die geschichtliche Bedeutung der Familie Champalimaud in Bezug auf die portugiesische Industrie gilt die Zukunft von LN als gesichert. Die Strategie des neuen Eigentümers gewährleistet die Ausrichtung und Stabilität, die das Unternehmen benötigte, um sein Know-how und Kundenportfolio zu optimieren. 2015 Entstehung des neuen Markenzeichens In diesem ersten neuen Jahr von GLN als Teil der Gestmin-Gruppe wurden einige Veränderungen vorgenommen und Projekte gestartet, um eine erfolgreiche Zukunft und gute Ergebnisse für GLN zu gewährleisten. Heute vermitteln wir unsere Werte mit einer neuen Marke und Signatur. 2016 Internationalisierung - GLN Mexico GLN ist nun auch mit einem neuen Werk im mexikanischen San Juan del Rio (Querétaro) vertreten, in dem die Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Formen erfolgt. Hierzu gehört auch eine Handelsvertretung in Partnerschaft mit dem mexikanischen Unternehmen Compartec, das auf Technologien in Verbindung mit Spritzgussverfahren spezialisiert ist. 2016 Übernahme des Unternehmens Famolde GLN erwirbt 100 % des Stammkapitals des Herstellers und Vertreibers von Formen FAMOLE in Marinha Grande, das darüber hinaus über einen KunststoffSpritzguss-Bereich verfügt. 2017 Neue Delta Fertigungslinie Einweihung der 2. Delta Q Linie im Famolde Werk in Albergaria. 2019 Manuel Champalimaud-Gruppe Gestmin nimmt den Namen ihres Gründers an und ändert die Unternehmensidentität zu Manuel Champalimaud-Gruppe. GLN schließt sich dieser Initiative auch im Studienjahr 2017/2018 an und vergibt Stipendien an Miguel Alexandre Felicidade André im Studiengang Maschinenbau und Rafaela Alexandra Pisco Ferreira im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Management. Am 2. Februar 2018 besuchten die Studenten GLN – Maceira, begleitet von einem Komitee, bestehend aus Vertretern von IPL, NERLEI und Cefamol. Die 37 Studenten der Polytechnischen Instituts Leiria, die mit dem Stipendium „IPL Indústria“ 2016/2017 ausgezeichnet wurden, besuchen die 27 Unternehmen, die diese Auszeichnungen unterstützt haben. Die „IPL Indústria“ Stipendien, die den Kosten der jährlichen Studiengebühren am Polytechnischen Institut Leiria entsprechen, werden an Studierende vergeben, die mit dem besten Durchschnitt in die von den Unternehmen ausgewählten Kurse einsteigen. Once upon a time 1980 Business started in the garage Creation of a small family business, registered under the name of Mr. Leonel Costa. Manufacture of parts and mold elements. At that time, the complete mold was not manufactured yet. 1988 Birth of L. N. Moldes Manufacture of small and medium sized molds for electrical industry, appliances and packaging. Manufacture of compression molds for the electrical industry in the USA that, due to the nature of the executed projects, was the origin of attention to details and quality. 1997 ISO 9001 Certification The first certification reflects the quality and level of rigor that L. N. showed in 1997, as a result of the sophistication and demand of its customers. 2000 Growth and specialization In addition to the US market, with the entry of the Euro, Europe has become a preferential market, within which automotive customers occupy a favoured place. Great experience in thin-thickness molds and multiple cavities molds. Remarkable growth in the plastic injection unit through large production projects for the automotive industry. 2004 Completion of the new facilities of L. N. LN Plás (Plastics Division) occupies new and modern facilities with 20 injection machines. Injection of parts for the automotive and electrical industry. 2006 ISO TS16949 Certification Certification obtained in 2006 was another step in the evolution of offer and knowledge of LN teams. The increase not only in injection projects for plastic parts but also in customers in the automotive industry meant greater demands for quality and excellence. 2010 Delta Q Capsules Beginning of our partnership with Delta. Partnership with Campo Maior Company, a leader in the production and marketing of coffee, was the result of innovation and collaboration in the development of the Delta Q capsule technical solution. 2013 25th Anniversary Celebration Without the presence of its founder, a reference figure for all employees, LN celebrates its 25th anniversary with pride in the past and aware of future challenges. 2014 Acquisition by Gestmin Group Gestmin SGPS acquires all capital of LN Moldes and LN Plás. Thanks to the values, culture and history in the Portuguese industry of Champalimaud family, the future of LN is assured. The new owner’s strategy has provided the direction and stability that the company needed to leverage its knowledge and client portfolio. 2015 Creation of the new logo During this first year of GLN in Gestmin, a series of changes and new projects were initiated to ensure a successful future for GLN. Now we transmit our values with a new brand and a new signature. 2016 Internationalization - GLN Mexico GLN has opened a new plant in Mexico, in San Juan del Río (Querétaro), devoted to the maintenance and repair of molds, including the sales representative, in association with Compartc, a Mexican company specializing in injection technologies. 2016 Acquisition of Famolde GLN acquires 100% of FAMOLDE’s capital, a mold production and marketing company that has a plastic injection area, located in Marinha Grande. 2017 New Delta line Inauguration of the second Delta Q line at the Albergaria de Famolde facility. 2019 Manuel Champalimaud Gestmin takes the name of the founder, changing the corporate identity into Manuel Champalimaud Group. Once upon a time 1980 Business started in the garage Creation of a small family business, registered under the name of Mr. Leonel Costa. Manufacture of parts and mold elements. At that time, the complete mold was not manufactured yet. 1988 Birth of L. N. Moldes Manufacture of small and medium sized molds for electrical industry, appliances and packaging. Thanks to the values, culture and history in the Portuguese industry of Champalimaud family, the future of LN is assured. The new owner’s strategy has provided the direction and stability that the company needed to leverage its knowledge and client portfolio. 2015 Creation of the new logo During this first year of GLN in Gestmin, a series of changes and new projects were initiated to ensure a successful future for GLN. Now we transmit our values with a new brand and a new signature. 2016 Internationalization - GLN Mexico GLN has opened a new plant in Mexico, in San Juan del Río (Querétaro), devoted to the maintenance and repair of molds, including the sales representative, in association with Compartc, a Mexican company specializing in injection technologies. 2016 Acquisition of Famolde GLN acquires 100% of FAMOLDE’s capital, a mold production and marketing company that has a plastic injection area, located in Marinha Grande. 2017 New Delta line Inauguration of the second Delta Q line at the Albergaria de Famolde facility. 2019 Manuel Champalimaud Gestmin takes the name of the founder, changing the corporate identity into Manuel Champalimaud Group. A excelência no nosso serviço de moldes durante os anos de 2017 e 2018 foi assim reconhecido por um dos cluster automóvel mais importantes e representativos do México. GLN Celebra Dia GLN 2018 30 · 1 · 2019 No passado dia 15 de Setembro , ocorreu mais uma vez o evento do ano na Maceira, o Dia GLN. O Evento iniciou-se com uma actividade de Team Building para colaboradores e famílias, com dinâmicas que pretendiam reforçar o trabalho em equipa, concluindo com a construção de um puzzle sob o lema “o todo é maior do que a soma das partes”. Seguiu-se o almoço de convívio, com cerca de 400 pessoas, que contou com a presença do presidente do grupo Sr. Manuel Champalimaud e restante administração. Da parte da tarde, viveram-se momentos de alegria com música da banda filarmónica da maceira, Karaoke e animação para crianças.    O dia terminou com as habituais visitas às instalações da Maceira e Albergaria, para os colaboradores mostrarem aos seus familiares onde passam os seus dias. In the process of developing injected products, the injection mold is shown to be a complex, costly and very important for obtaining quality components. In many cases, only after the mold is completed and tested are faults detected in the production of the injected component. Therefor the main objective of the project involves the optimization of molds for the injection of molded parts with complex geometry with thin walls and high surface quality. This optimization involves a redefinition of the entire line of the conception of the mold, from the design to the manner of the production of molding areas, including the molding processes with the dynamic control of the temperature, HOT.COOLING systems by gas flows, to obtain parts with high surface quality, especially for the automotive and aeronautics sectors.
