A Celoplás projeta, desenvolve e fabrica, através do processo de moldação por injeção e microinjeção, mais de 200 milhões de componentes técnicos de elevada precisão por ano. E utiliza ainda mais de 200 tipos diferentes de materiais termoplásticos e silicones para diferentes indústrias, por exemplo: automóvel, eletrónica, elétrica, ótica, construção, médica e outras. Além disso, a Celoplás também desenvolve e produz componentes à escala micro, utilizando as mais recentes tecnologias de micromaquinação e micromoldação. A Celoplás aposta na formação permanente dos seus Recursos Humanos , assim como na qualidade dos seus produtos, na inovação de processos e produtos, reforçando a competitividade. Atualmente, é reconhecida como uma referência europeia no desenvolvimento e na produção de componentes e nos clusters de alta tecnologia, utilizando materiais poliméricos. Due to the achieved technological development, it was possible to find customers interested in the supply of high precision plastic parts and therefore the industry evolved into a company itself. Its current share capital is of € 500.000,00 owned 100% by national shareholders. With an initial building area of about 2.000 m2 in a total area of 25.000 m2, where 16 employees worked with 16 injection machines, the company now covers an area of 10.000 m2. Currently with a total of 66 injection machines, Celoplás produces more than 100 million pieces per year, using more than 160 different grades of engineering thermoplastics as well as thermosettings, BMC's and silicones. Directly or indirectly, 95% of Celoplas’ sales are to export market. In October 1992 Celoplás started the production of precision moulds for its own use, being now able to produce about 50 small-scale moulds / year, whose weight ranges between 15 kg and 750 kg. The latest technologies, using CAD / CAM / CAE software versions, are employed for the mould design and construction. Certified ISO 9002 in 1995, Celoplás is currently certificated according to ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004 and 4457:2007.   MISSION : To maximize value and benefit in a strategic position of excellence in the business of developing high-tech products in partnership with our customers, using polymer materials.   VISION: To grow up solidly by optimizing the knowledge and by responding to the business demands in the global market bearing in mind the perspective of the customer, society, innovation, learning and shareholders. Due to the achieved technological development, it was possible to find customers interested in the supply of high precision plastic parts and therefore the industry evolved into a company itself. Its current share capital is of € 500.000,00 owned 100% by national shareholders. With an initial building area of about 2.000 m2 in a total area of 25.000 m2, where 16 employees worked with 16 injection machines, the company now covers an area of 10.000 m2. Currently with a total of 66 injection machines, Celoplás produces more than 100 million pieces per year, using more than 160 different grades of engineering thermoplastics as well as thermosettings, BMC's and silicones. Directly or indirectly, 95% of Celoplas’ sales are to export market. In October 1992 Celoplás started the production of precision moulds for its own use, being now able to produce about 50 small-scale moulds / year, whose weight ranges between 15 kg and 750 kg. The latest technologies, using CAD / CAM / CAE software versions, are employed for the mould design and construction. Certified ISO 9002 in 1995, Celoplás is currently certificated according to ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004 and 4457:2007.   MISSION : To maximize value and benefit in a strategic position of excellence in the business of developing high-tech products in partnership with our customers, using polymer materials.
