There was no direct exportation, the moulds were sold to Marinha Grande’s mould trading companies and the dies and cutters were sold to national companies. 1987 May 1 st , 1987. Imoplastic headquarters change The company built its own facilities on Estrada do Pero Neto, which were inaugurated on May 1 st , 1987. The change of the registered office was completed on May 15 th , 1987. 1995 December 28 th , 1995. Company Purchase On December 28 th 1995, Imoplastic was purchased by “T3I-Soc. Gestora de Participações, Lda.”, a company owned by four individual partners with a vast experience on the mould industry: Abílio José das Serradas Luz, João Caetano Tavares, João Manuel Pires Correia Moita e Nelson Ribeiro Simões. The search for costumers from EU and non-EU markets leads finally to direct exportation. 1999 March 16 th , 1999. Geocam Beginning Founded on March 16 th , 1999, by Imoplastic and five other individual partners, with headquarters at Estrada da Nazaré, nº 68 Calços, Martingança. It was created to produce mould cavities, cores and mould structures, working almost exclusively for Imoplastic. Later on, it was decided that Geocam would also produce medium and large moulds. The search for costumers from EU and non-EU markets leads finally to direct exportation. 1999 March 16 th , 1999. Geocam Beginning Founded on March 16 th , 1999, by Imoplastic and five other individual partners, with headquarters at Estrada da Nazaré, nº 68 Calços, Martingança. It was created to produce mould cavities, cores and mould structures, working almost exclusively for Imoplastic. Later on, it was decided that Geocam would also produce medium and large moulds. Beginn von Imoplastic Enstanden mit der Urkunde vom 8. April 1980, eingetragen im Handelsregister von Marinha Grande am 1. Juli 1980, zusammengestellt mit 9 Partnern. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft befand sich in gemieteten Räumlichkeiten in der Avenida 1º de Maio, Marinha Grande. Sie konzentrierten sich auf die Herstellung von Spritzgussformen und Stanzwerkzeuge. Es gab keinen direkten Export, die Vermarktung des Produkts erfolgte an kommerziellen Firmen in Marinha Grande und auch die Stanzwerkzeuge an inländische Unternehmen. 1987 1 Mai 1987. Wechsel des Firmensitzes von Imoplastic Das Unternehmen baute seine eigenen Räumlichkeiten in Estrada do Pero Neto, die am 1. Mai 1987 eingeweiht wurden. Die Registeränderung wurde am 15. Mai 1987 gemacht. 1995 28 Dezember 1995. Unternehmenskauf Am 28. Dezember 1995 wurde die Firma von der Firma T3I-Soc. Gestora de Participações, Lda. übernommen. Ein Unternehmen von vier einzelnen Partnern mit umfassender Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Spritzgussformen: Abílio José das Serradas Luz, João Caetano Tavares, João Manuel Pires Correia Moita e Nelson Ribeiro Simões. Der direkte Export beginnt hier mit der Nachfrage der Kunden Weltweit. 1999 16 März 1999. Beginn von Geocam Die Gesellschaft wurde am 16. März 1999 von Imoplastic und fünf einzelnen Partnern mit Sitz in Estrada da Nazaré, Nr. 68 Calços, Martingança, gegründet. Es wurde für die Herstellung von Kavitäten, Kernen und Formplatten entwickelt, die fast ausschließlich für Imoplastic arbeitete. Es wurde später beschlossen, dass Geocam auch mittelgroße und große Spritzgussformen herstellen würde. Imoplastic Beginning Founded on April 8 th . 1980, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Marinha Grande on July 1 st , 1980, Imoplastic was formed by 9 partners. The registered office was operating on rented facilities at Avenida 1º de Maio, Marinha Grande. It focused on the manufacturing of moulds, dies and cutters. There was no direct exportation, the moulds were sold to Marinha Grande’s mould trading companies and the dies and cutters were sold to national companies. 1987 May 1 st , 1987. Imoplastic headquarters change The company built its own facilities on Estrada do Pero Neto, which were inaugurated on May 1 st , 1987. The change of the registered office was completed on May 15 th , 1987. 1995 December 28 th , 1995. Company Purchase On December 28 th 1995, Imoplastic was purchased by “T3I-Soc. Gestora de Participações, Lda.”, a company owned by four individual partners with a vast experience on the mould industry: Abílio José das Serradas Luz, João Caetano Tavares, João Manuel Pires Correia Moita e Nelson Ribeiro Simões. The search for costumers from EU and non-EU markets leads finally to direct exportation. 1999 March 16 th , 1999. Geocam Beginning Founded on March 16 th , 1999, by Imoplastic and five other individual partners, with headquarters at Estrada da Nazaré, nº 68 Calços, Martingança. It was created to produce mould cavities, cores and mould structures, working almost exclusively for Imoplastic. Later on, it was decided that Geocam would also produce medium and large moulds.
